Steve Harvey's Talk Show Gets 'CANCELLED' . . . The TEA HERE!!

Tamar2

Steve Harvey's talk show Steve is being dropped and many are suggesting that the daily talk show might be OVER for good. Yesterday The Hollywood Reporter announced that Steve Harvey show is being "replaced" in the the top ten media markets - New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Francisco, Miami, San Diego, Boston, Hartford and Washington, D.C.
In those markets, Steve's show will be replaced with a new talk show starring Kelly Clarkson, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Steve's talk show was on shaky ground this season. After getting lukewarm ratings its first season, “Steve”got a second year to prove itself to distributor NBCUniversal Domestic TV .
The show made a lot of changed to save itself. For example, Steve shifted his show from a conflict-driven talk show to a lighter touch show featuring more celebrity guests, comedy bits, and audience games.
He also made the decision to take control of the production of the show in partnership with IMG, an affiliate of his talent agency, WME. He’d spent the previous five seasons in syndication with Endemol Shine North America and its predecessors.
It's not clear whether NBCUniversal Domestic TV hopes to pick up Steve's show at a different time slot.
