The heroin epidemic is getting worse, especially in middle income mostly WHITE neighborhoods. Two men spotted a crossing guard, near a school and directing traffic. And the guard appeared to be high on heroin.
As the below video shows, the crossing guard was directing traffic - while nodding in and out of consciousness. The men taking the video can be heard laughing and joking about her condition. Later on in the video, you see children - going to school - walk by the drugged out crossing guard.
The video has gone viral, and people in the neighboring community have started a petition - to raise money to send the crossing guard to rehab. Instead of making fun of the apparently addicted lady, they decided to step up and get her some help.
