Jack Osbourne and his ex-wife each scored a home in their split but it’s Jack who is getting the bigger and more expensive property.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jack transferred the deed of the couple’s Sherman Oaks home to Lisa. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,972 sq. ft. pad was bought for $1,875,000.
Lisa then filed docs transferring the deed of their Studio City mansion to Jack for him to solely own.
The 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 5,614 sq. ft. home was purchased by the couple during their marriage in 2014 for $3,200,000.
Lisa filed for divorce from Jack in May following six years of marriage. The couple shares three kids and Lisa is seeking joint legal and physical custody. Lisa checked the box wanting Jack to pay her spousal support.
The divorce case is still ongoing.
