UEFA has outlined as many as nine historic records that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have not broken yet.

The Union of European Football Associations, UEFA, has revealed nine records Barcelona ace, Lionel Messi and Juventus star, Cristiano Ronaldo have not yet broken in the history of Europe’s topflight competitions, (Champions League and Europe League).

 

UEFA took to their official website on Wednesday to release the records, indicating that Messi and Ronaldo are yet to break the following feats in the Europe topflight leagues:

 

1. Most appearances – Messi has 126, while Ronaldo has 158, but the record is being held by Porto goalkeeper, Iker Casillas (179).

 

2. Most final goals – Messi has scored only two final goals (in 2009 and 2011), while Ronaldo has four (one apiece in 2008 and 2014, and two in 2017) but is still three shy of the record shared by two Real Madrid legends, Alfredo Di Stéfano, Ferenc Puskás, who have both scored seven.

 

3. Oldest goalscorer – AC Milan legend, Paolo Maldini scored for his side’s defeat to Liverpool at the age of 36 in the 2005 Champions League final and also Roma legend, Francesco Totti scored at the age of 38 in his side’s Champions League group stage clash against CSKA Moskva in 2014.

 

4. Player with most success with different clubs – Clarence Seedorf (Ajax 1995, Real Madrid 1998, Milan 2003, 2007) and Zlatan Ibrahimović (Ajax, Juventus, Internazionale, Barcelona, Milan, Paris Saint-Germain) are both ahead of Messi and Ronaldo.

 

5. Fastest goal – Roy Makaay scored in 10.12 seconds for Bayern München against Real Madrid in 2007. Ronaldo’s earliest Champions League goal came in the fourth minute for Real Madrid against Juventus in 2013, while Messi’s fastest goal came in three minutes into Barcelona’s 7-0 win against Celtic in 2016.

 

6. Long-distance goal – Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs has sixteen long-distance goals in the Champions League. Ronaldo has 13, while Messi has 14.

 

7. Goalscoring consistency – Bayern Munich forward, Gerd Müller has 0.97 goals per game ratio. Ronaldo has 0.76, while Messi has 0.82.

 

8. Fastest hat-tricks – Bafétimbi Gomis got his fastest hat-trick for Olympique Lyonnais against Dinamo Zagreb in 2011. Ronaldo scored his fastest hat-trick in 12 minutes for Real Madrid against Malmö in 2012, while Messi scored his fastest hat-trick in 22 minutes for Barcelona against Arsenal in 2010.

 

9. Most goals in a single European season – Colombia striker, Radamel Falcao scored 18 goals for Porto during the 2010/11 UEFA Europa League. Messi’s best year came in 2011/12 when he ended the European season with 14 goals, while Ronaldo set a European Cup/UEFA Champions League record with 17 in 2013/14.

A young woman who was really addicted to her phone, has been buried under an iPhone-shaped tombstone after her death.

A 25-year-old Russian woman has been buried below a gravestone depicting her favourite iPhone, it emerged today.

 

Mourners in the oil-rich city of Ufa were amazed to see the huge tombstone erected over Rita Shameeva’s burial plot.

 

It is made from black basalt and bears the Apple symbol on the reverse, and a picture of Shameeva on the front.

 

It was erected by her grieving dad Rais Shameev two years after her death in January 2016 from an unknown cause, say reports.

 

He has not commented on the unusual memorial.

The five-foot high monument towers above other gravestones in the Yuzhnoye cemetery, and also has a QR code on the base.

 

Local headstone maker Ilgam Galliulin denied he was responsible for its design.

 

He said: “My father and I make monuments to order.

“But I saw this unusual one for the first time last week.”

Mourner Nikolay Yevdokimov told to newspaper ProUral: “I thought I was having hallucinations.

 

“How could an American smartphone suddenly appear at our cemetery?

“And such a huge one.

“I came closer and was surprised.

“I've seen many gravestones, but to make one in the form of [an] iPhone - this is the first time, to be honest."

 

The grave sits in the oil-rich city of Ufa in Russia

 

Little is known of Rita except that she was a keen traveller and had friends in Germany.

 

She also loved her smartphone.

 

The grave is believed to have been commissioned from a Siberian company which offers “death accessories”.

 

Designer Pavel Kalyuk built a similar headstone as an advertising gimmick.

 

He said: "We began to make monuments just to attract attention."

 

But after exhibiting his work at a funeral exhibition in Novosibirsk, orders came in for the bizarre tombstones.

It was gathered that the lady disclosed that she slapped him because he disrespected and rough handled her. 

According to the viral video, the dancer was trying to put on a show on the street and to wow his audience, he needed a female volunteer to help, and ater compelling a female passerby to join, she eventually adhered to his request. 

After putting up some sort of a Jamaican rugged dance move, the lady felt really disrespected and rough handled and so she slapped him while passersby looked on and some even laughed.

A Ghanaian man who deliberately infected two girlfriends with HIV was jailed for five years in the United Kingdom. The 23-year-old slept with two women after being diagnosed as HIV positive and refused any help from doctors or to take any drugs to suppress the virus.

Japhet Osei wooed and bedded two teenagers without telling them about his condition, a judge was told.

He did not use any protection with a 17-year-old girl and encouraged a cautious second victim into having sex without a condom because she was his girlfriend.

Osei even lied that a sexual health clinic check-up had found he was clean and showed her a text message to prove it, the court heard.

However, he was keeping the secret that he was not only HIV positive but that he had a particularly high viral count, which meant it was more likely he would infect partners through unprecedented s*x.

Both women, who cannot be identified for legal reasons and were referred to as Miss A and Miss B throughout the hearing, quickly fell ill and tests showed Osei had passed the virus onto each of them.

Expert analysis found that they shared exactly the same strain of the virus.

Today, Judge Angela Morris, sitting at Reading Crown Court, said Osei, wearing a blue tracksuit, had “lied, lied and lied again.”

Jailing him for a total of five years she said: “We are not living in the 1980s where everyone was ignorant of the effects of this disease and running around in a panic.

“This is 30 years later. You were provided with expertise, assistance and the opportunity for treatment for the terrible disease you knew you carried and you refused it.

“Despite your knowledge of your medical condition, you embarked on a sexual relationship. Your actions are totally inexcusable.”

She added that she had read the “harrowing ordeal” each woman had subsequently gone through physically and mentally since diagnosis, via their victim impact statements.

She also ordered that Osei should be the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order where he is not permitted to have sex with any woman without telling her about his HIV status.

Man Arrested For Rubbing Fruits On Buttocks In Supermarket

The suspect was arrested at the Giant Food Store for allegedly seen “picking up produce, pulling down his pants, rubbing the produce on his buttocks, and replacing the produce back. 

 

A man in Virginia, United States, is facing charges after he allegedly grabbed produce at a Manassas store, pulled down his pants and rubbed the food items on his bare buttocks.

The suspect then allegedly put the tainted produce back on the shelves, according to The Huffington Post.

Michael Johnson, 27, was arrested at the Giant Food Store after an employee called 911 about destruction of property. The employee told officers Johnson was allegedly seen “picking up produce, pulling down his pants, rubbing the produce on his buttocks, and replacing the produce back on the shelf,” according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Johnson was arrested inside the supermarket and charged with two misdemeanors: indecent exposure and destruction of property. According to the police report, store employees had to destroy several pallets of produce presumably tainted by Johnson’s buttocks.

Authorities say they haven’t determined a possible motive. Although a police spokesperson told NBC Washington she did not know what type of produce the man allegedly defiled, a police report mentioned it was fruit. Johnson was later released on his own recognisance.

A dine-and-dash” dater, Paul Guadalupe Gonzales, is standing trial for allegedly forcing women he took on a string of first dates to pay for their expensive meals by sneaking out of upscale restaurants immediately he finished eating.

Police said Gonzales ordered expensive wines, steaks, lobster and desserts during more than a dozen dates in which he ran away without paying.

According to prosecutors, while his dates were generally forced to pick up the bill, two restaurants took pity on the women and did not charge them.

The man from Los Angeles, faces 10 counts of extortion, fraud, and petty theft against no fewer than 10 women over the past two years.

The 45-year-old would reportedly chat to women online, offering to take them to restaurants across the city, before vanishing without a word after consuming large amounts of food and alcohol.

Appearing in court in Pasadena for his preliminary hearing, Gonzales listened as women testified about their experiences dating the alleged tab-skipper.

A single mother, Martha Barba said she was due to meet Gonzales at a Chipotle outlet in July 2016, before he convinced her into a meal close by at an upscale eatery called Houston’s.

“I didn’t want to go. He didn’t look like his pictures. I wasn’t attracted to him,” Barba said, who however agreed to go to be “nice”, according to NY Daily News.

“He kept saying, ‘I got you. Order whatever you want. It’s on me. Don’t worry about it’,” she said, adding that “He ordered steak, wine, salad, just whatever you could order.”

She continued that Gonzales would at a point leave to take a call, insinuating she should order dessert while he stepped away to talk. He allegedly never came back, forcing Ms Barba to pay the $120 (£92) bill.

“I felt embarrassed and didn’t want to say anything… I felt humiliated,” Barba told the court, lamenting that she had to use her rent money to cover the cost.

Another woman, Yolanda Lora, told the newspaper she accepted an invite from Gonzales to a sushi restaurant in West Hollywood last year.

“I remember he was talking really fast and eating really fast and then said his youngest son was calling him,” Lora said, claiming that Gonzales ordered two glasses of wine within 15 minutes of each other.

After getting up, she alleges he never returned.

“What kind of monster does this? I was so embarrassed. I’m not an insecure woman, but it made me feel very insecure,” Lora said, saying “I’m just glad he got caught. I don’t want any other women to have to go through that.”
