How to apply eye shadow - Step by step with photos

Sure there are many makeup items on the web , but it is difficult to find directions that are step by step.

Eyeshadow is one of those things that you can simply wear or ruin .

Grab your eye shadows and eyeliner and let's start!

Step 1

 
The first thing you want to do is to delineate your eyes with a brown or black eyeliner

Make sure the eyeliner adapts to the shape of your eye. You do not have to delineate the whole eye.

Step 2

With a make-up brush or eye shadow applicator , apply a clear shadow on your eyelids and around the outer corner of your eyes.

Make sure it is very close to your skin color or lighter. Do not get away from your skin tone.

Step 3

Choose your base color, for this I am using a plum colored base.
Apply it all over the crease on the outer half of your eyelid, and a little on the bottom corner.

Make sure you blur everything so there are no apparent visible lines .

Step 4

Choose your dark shadow and apply it to the outer corner of your eyes. Apply it by the fold and the outer corners.

Apply from little to little until you get the desired effect .

For this eye I am using black , but very little. As you can notice, the black intensifies the plum color.

Re applies your black eyeliner, and you're ready
