XXXTentacion had no idea his 20-year-old life would be cut short, but he was legally prepared for it because the hip-hop artist died with a last will and testament.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, X’s mom Cleo filed the probate case for his estate on June 25. In her filing, she included an 11-page will that was apparently executed on November 17, 2017.
The details of the will are currently unclear, but it does include a specific section listing the beneficiaries of his estate. It’s unclear if X’s unborn child, who was just publicly revealed, will be financially covered in the documents.
The probate filing also includes his death certificate and a request by the rapper’s mother to become the administrator of his estate.
As we reported, hundreds of fans gathered yesterday at the BB&T Center in Florida to pay their final respects to the slain artist.
