French Montana is moving out to the West Coast for good. He's selling the New Jersey mansion that he picked up for $1M 5 years ago.
The broker listed the property at $1.4 million. French's suburban mansion is just 25 miles outside of New York City and has a recording studio. According to property records, the Moroccan-born artist purchased the place in 2013 for $995,000.

And it's a real MEGA mansion. The home has 18 rooms and is referred to as an "estate." The community is gated and sits on 1.37 acres of “breathtaking grounds.”

The six-bedroom mansion features a grand marble foyer, a living room with a high ceiling and dual fireplaces, and a formal dining room with a chandelier and fireplace. The high-end kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining banquette, and the adjoining family room opens to a covered porch.

The master suite comes with a private balcony, and the third level boasts an entertainment room with a bar and home theater. Separate living quarters include a kitchen, bath, bedroom, and music studio with a private balcony.
The rapper, better known to some as an ex-boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian, has lived in Pequannock for several years, and also owns a home in Calabasas, California.

French must need to come up with some cash quick because last week Page Six reported that he owes Waka Flocka’s mom, rap manager Debra Antney, $2 million from a previous lawsuit, and she’s returned to court to make sure she receives payment, The Blast reported.
Antney’s company, Mizay Entertainment, filed for a sister state judgment in order to collect her money in California. She had won the $2 million in a Georgia court.
Antney won $1,864,012.50 in her lawsuit against Montana, a former client whom she sued for allegedly going behind her back to make deals, and was subsequently awarded $135,140.91 more for interest when the final judgment was entered in January 2018.
